An opportunity for a motivated, experienced and well organised Management Accountant to join a dynamic team.

Your New Employer:

I am currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking agriculture company. This Brisbane based company is currently in a growth stage and is looking for a great management accountant join there team. 
  
  
The Role:

As a Management Accountant with this company, you will assume a pivotal role in delivering financial and performance insight to the company. Your duties will include:

• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Financial insights into the performance of farms and recommend actions for improvement.
• Calculation and analysis of KPIs and identifying trends within the industry.
• Full function EOM process which includes balance sheet reconciliations.
• Work closely with senior staff, analysts and on farm mangers to obtain financial data and ensure accuracy with reporting.
• System and process improvements for the management accounting function.

  
About You:
To excel in this position, you should demonstrate the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA/CPA Qualified or close to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
• Great understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting.
